Software Training:
Because of the ease of programming, most of our customers don’t require software training. However, within the first 90 days of owning your sign, Outdoor Signs America offers free software training via Inter-wise ECP Connect or WEBX web conferencing service. With this training our expert users will train you how to use the features and functions of your new sign. Web conferencing services allow our trainers to show you how the sign is programmed in an interactive environment.

Setup Assistance:
All of Outdoor Signs America’s signs are fully tested at our factory before shipping. In the event your PC doesn’t communicate with your sign when it arrives, diagnostics are easily achieved through phone support.

Warranty & Service:
Outdoor Signs America’s LED warranty is an extension of Adaptive Micro Systems 5-year Peace of Mind Warranty. In the event of failure we will supply replacement parts. We make every effort to make these parts available within 48 hours of request. Any on site service required by Outdoor Signs America personnel is billed on a per call basis at the then current rate.

Communication Devices:
Modems and wireless communications are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered under the Outdoor Signs America 5-year Peace of Mind Plan.
