Outdoor Signs of America is now featuring full color digital graphics with all of our signs. For the same price as two standard vinyl colors you can have the option of a 6 color process digital print. We use premium translucent vinyls, applied 2nd surface (on the inside) to protect the image from vandalism and sun fading. Using 6 colors, our printer has the ability to produce thousands of colors. This gives you unprecedented flexibility in choosing just the right look for your sign. Why 6 colors and not 4? Our printer splits the cyan and magenta into a light cyan and light magenta. This serves to increase the richness and detail in each print. We use the latest software and equipment to ensure that your outdoor sign is the best it can be while keeping the price at an affordable level.
All of our custom business signs feature Solar Grade Polycarbonate panels to insure extra long life. The combination of 2nd surface decoration, quality vinyl and solar grade polycarbonate faces, insures your sign graphics will look great for years. After the sign panel is decorated with vinyl, it is then back sprayed with a white translucent paint that provides a background color to the un-decorated portions of the panel.

Digital Graphics: Full color digital graphics are printed in reverse, directly on the vinyl. This allows a 2nd surface(inside the sign) application of the graphic, thus protecting the image with our solar grade polycarbonate sign faces, ensuring a long and colorfull life for your sign. Our digital printing process allows unbridaled use of color and design, allowing you more options than ever before.
Basic Graphic Option: Basic graphics include one color lettering with a white back spray background color. There are two ways to use the white backspray and one color vinyl. The top photo at the left shows green vinyl surronding the white back spray letters. Note the white backspray also is visable around the outside edge of the sign face. The second photo shows the letters in the green vinyl with white back spray covering the rest of the sign face.
Additional Charge - Add back spray color other than white: This option is generally only available for Open Face signs without a marquee section. It is generally used to blend the sign face color into the cabinet color. In the example at the left the vinyl letter copy is in yellow and the back spray color is burgundy to blend into the cabinet.
